April 2026 5.00This home truly exceeded expectations for our group of 8 adults and 4 kids. It was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and felt like a true luxury retreat, comparable to staying at a high end resort. For a large family like ours, it was far more comfortable and enjoyable than any hotel option. The location was ideal and made getting around incredibly easy, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The rooftop was a standout feature, with gorgeous views and the perfect place to unwind together. The host was wonderful, responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

April 2026 5.00Review to post when your "stay" ends Our family reunion was a hit as the home was spacious with 2 kitchens, 2 living and dining rooms and many bedrooms/bathrooms with lots of privacy! We really appreciated having some bedrooms and bathrooms on ground level for grandparents. The location is perfect, right next to the Burke-Gilman Trail and just steps from Market Street. Plus, getting into downtown Seattle was incredibly fast and easy. The house was well-equipped and the hosts really took a lot of care checking in to ensure our stay is comfortable.

April 2026 5.00We had such a great stay here. The place was really clean and had everything we needed, and it looked just like the photos which we appreciated. Getting around was super easy. We were able to pop over to Fremont, Ballard, and even downtown without any hassle. The rooftop ended up being one of our favorite parts, especially in the evenings. The host was easy to reach and very helpful the whole time. We’d definitely come back!

April 2026 5.00I stayed here for a college reunion, and it was the perfect home base for our large group! It can be hard to find a place in Seattle that feels truly spacious and close to everything but this property handled our crowd of parents with young children pretty easily. Having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms was a total game-changer — every bathroom was so beautiful! The place was well-equipped for kids and the hosts clearly thought of everything to make it family-friendly.Well-stocked and hosts were very responsive. One thing to mention is that one of the bedrooms has high ceilings with skylights so it may not work if you like to sleep in the dark for that room but we didn't mind it at all. Highly recommend for any large group or family getaway!

April 2026 5.00This place was everything we needed for our stay. The house was brand new, provided more than enough space for large groups. I loved that there were so many outdoor spaces like a rooftop deck, a backyard, a big open front yard too. The house was gorgeous on the inside and the location was fantastic as several restaurants were less than 3 mins drive and near major Seattle attractions. The home was stocked with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay!
